Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Letts Commerce platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

Account responsibilities

• You provide accurate, current information about yourself and your business.
• You keep your account credentials secure.
• You notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Letts Commerce to:

• Conduct illegal activity or violate applicable laws.
• Process transactions for prohibited businesses (gambling, weapons, etc — full list in your account dashboard).
• Defraud, harass, or harm other users.
• Attempt to access systems or data not authorised to you.

Fees and payments

Fees are listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as you choose. Transaction fees are deducted at settlement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Cancellation

You may cancel any time. Monthly subscriptions end at the close of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions end at year-end. No early-termination fees.

Intellectual property

The Letts Commerce platform, including software, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Letts Commerce Ltd. You retain ownership of your business data; we have a licence to process it as needed to operate the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letts Commerce’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll notify you of material changes 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi unless your account is registered elsewhere.
