Why are the Beira and Nacala corridors strategic?

Both are deep-water ports serving landlocked SADC neighbours — Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, eastern DRC. The Beira Corridor (rail and road, Beira to Harare with branches to Lilongwe) and the Nacala Corridor (rail to Lilongwe and Lusaka) move ~80% of central-SADC import/export freight. Letts Trade pre-clears AfCFTA paperwork on these corridors.

Will Letts support Portuguese-language interfaces?

Yes — Portuguese localisation is on the roadmap for Mozambique GA. The DS already has i18n scaffolding from Phase 1; Portuguese catalogues join Chichewa, English, and Swahili.

How does Mozambique mobile-money work technically?

M-Pesa Vodacom Moçambique uses the same M-Pesa rail as Kenya and Tanzania but settles to Mozambican banks and prices in MZN. e-Mola (operated by Movitel) and mKesh are independent rails. How does cross-border with Malawi work practically?

Three priority lanes: Mwanza (Malawi-Mozambique road), Songwe (Malawi-Mozambique-Tanzania), and the Nacala rail corridor. Letts Trade pre-clears AfCFTA paperwork on all three. For Mozambican exporters: this means Malawi-bound goods clear customs in hours, not days.
