Letts Commerce Ltd ("we", "us") provides the Letts Commerce platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, business details, payment information) and information collected automatically (device type, IP address, pages visited, referrer).
We share data with third parties only when necessary to operate the platform — payment processors, identity-verification providers, infrastructure providers — and only the minimum needed. We never sell your personal data.
With your consent, we also use third-party analytics providers (Google Analytics, Plausible, and — for logged-in product usage — PostHog) to measure how the site and platform are used. Optional analytics cookies stay off until you accept them in our cookie banner; see the cookie policy.
